Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Security Systems Foreman / Lead Technician for two direct hire openings supporting commercial security projects in South Florida. One position will cover the Miami to Fort Lauderdale region, and one position will cover the Boca Raton to West Palm Beach region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled security systems professional who enjoys leading field teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality installations for commercial clients. The role offers the stability of an established technology systems integrator, a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work with advanced access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion detection technologies.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on foreman or lead technician who can guide technicians in the field, communicate professionally with project stakeholders, and ensure each installation is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field technicians on commercial security system installation projects.
- Install, test, commission, service, and troubleshoot access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform proper installation and termination of security panels, cameras, locking devices, door contacts, motion sensors, and related low-voltage equipment.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, security plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate professionally with customers, contractors, project managers, and other trades to support successful project delivery.
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety requirements, customer specifications, schedules, and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- $30 to $35 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.

- Miami to Fort Lauderdale region.
- Boca Raton to West Palm Beach region.
