Job description

About the Role
I am working with a firm seeking a organized and detail-oriented litigation paralegal to support their growing practice focused on
complex commercial disputes, secured creditors and receivership litigation, and employment matters.
This role offers significant responsibility, direct involvement in active matters, and close collaboration with attorneys on all phases of litigation. T
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial
Draft, review, and cite-check pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Manage document and ESI production, including collection, organization, and review
Coordinate and manage written discovery
Prepare deposition materials, summaries, and exhibits
Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
File documents in state and federal courts
Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures in state and federal courts
Experience with e-filing systems
Excellent organizational, writing, and attention-to-detail skills
Experience with e-discovery platforms is a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in client interactions
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $60,000 $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities
