TEMP-Human Resources Operation:

1) Job Code and Structure Maintenance

• Create and maintain job codes, job profiles, classification records, and related system data in HRIS or supporting databases.
• Update classification data elements such as job code, title, job family, grade, exemption status, and FLSA designation.
• Assist with creating, revising, and retiring job codes, titles, and related classification attributes.
• Create and update non-person profiles and other position-related records as assigned.

2) Data Quality and Record Maintenance

• Perform quality control checks on classification and compensation data to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, or outdated job information.
• Maintain organized files, logs, and documentation related to job codes, classification updates, and structural changes.
• Assist with data cleanup and record standardization efforts to improve data integrity and consistency.
• Help ensure salary structure and job code records are aligned and accurately reflected in supporting systems.

3) Reporting and Process Support

• Generate routine reports, spreadsheets, and data extracts related to job codes, titles, grades, and classification records.
• Support preparation of reference materials, trackers, and documentation used for classification and compensation projects.
• Assist with audits, data validation activities, and other record review processes.
• Provide administrative support for classification and compensation workflows, including tracking updates and maintaining supporting documentation.

4) Departmental and Customer Support

• Respond to routine requests for job code, title, and classification record information.
• Assist staff with gathering, organizing, and entering information needed for classification and compensation actions.
• Support established procedures, templates, and documentation practices to promote consistent service delivery.
• Perform other related duties in support of classification and compensation operations, as assigned.
