What do we seek?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive business development for a large, full-service property featuring approximately 20K+ sq. ft. of meeting and event space. This individual will be a true “go-getter” with a proven ability to actively prospect and close group business, secure corporate accounts and contracts, and consistently generate new revenue opportunities while maximizing existing relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive group and corporate sales, with a strong focus on building and converting leads into long-term, repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals and expand market share within key segments.
  • Actively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, sales calls, site visits, and community engagement.
  • Negotiate and secure corporate contracts, group bookings, and event agreements that align with overall revenue objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and group customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Partner closely with operations, catering, and revenue management to ensure seamless execution of all group and corporate events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive set, and demand drivers to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent follow-up to ensure conversion and accountability against targets.
  • Represent the property as a brand ambassador, delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to clients and partners.
