About Us

We are a growing property management company committed to providing clean, safe, and welcoming apartment communities for our residents. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Housekeeper to join our team. This temporary position offers the opportunity to become a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.

Position Summary

The Temporary Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment homes, townhomes, leasing offices, and common areas. This position plays an important role in preparing apartments for new residents while ensuring all community spaces meet Company cleanliness and presentation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and other necessary materials as needed.
  • Perform floor care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing when required.
  • Follow established procedures for the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
  • Clean a minimum of two (2) apartment homes or townhomes per day, depending on property needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office, model units, laundry rooms, and other shared community areas.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns observed while cleaning.
  • Follow all Company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, chemicals, and equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods.

  • Occasional weekends or overtime as business needs require.
