Sugarloaf is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our team as full-time and part-time Seasonal Program and Daily Lesson Instructors this winter season.
The role of a Ski/Snowboard Instructor is to teach guests how to ski or ride and to enjoy the mountain environment. All instructors must be willing to work with all ages and abilities, especially children and beginners. It is not necessary to be an excellent skier or rider, but a love of the sport and the desire to continually improve regardless of current ability is important.
The starting wage for this role is $17/hr with the opportunity for increases based upon performance and successful completion of PSIA trainings.
