To be eligible for most benefits, you must be a permanent, full-time employee (including temporary, full-time faculty with at least an academic year contract) or a permanent, part-time employee (including temporary, part-time faculty with at least an academic year contract) who is scheduled to work every pay period for at least 50% of full-time hours.
- To help plan, direct and organize all aspects of pre-season, in-season and post-season training, practices and games at the direction of the Head Coach.
- To help direct and be involved in the recruitment of student-athletes and to ensure that recruitment practices are consistent with all NCAA, PSAC and Mansfield regulations.
- To plan and/or participate in fund-raising activities associated with the sport of Field Hockey, including camps and clinics.
- To assume responsibility for appropriate administrative tasks such as equipment inventory, travel arrangements and game management.
- Chart/report countable related athletic activities (CARA).
- Work with NCAA Clearinghouse to track student-athlete's eligibility.
- Track recruiting with the Compliance Assistant Internet program.
- To assume other duties as assigned by the Head Field Hockey Coach.
Certification in CPR and First Aid within six months of the commencement of employment and must maintain certification during employment.
