Job description

⚡ Manufacturing Electrical Technician (Non-Licensed)Keep Production Running. Solve Problems. Make an Impact.

Are you the person everyone calls when a machine goes down? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and finding solutions that keep operations moving? We're looking for a Manufacturing Electrical Technician to join our team and help maintain the equipment and systems that drive our production success.

In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot electrical and automation issues, perform preventive maintenance, and work with a team that's committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

🔧 Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and industrial electrical systems

⚡ Maintain motors, sensors, relays, control panels, drives, and production machinery

📈 Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime

🛠 Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

🤖 Support PLC-controlled and automated equipment

🚀 Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements

✅ Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices

🤝 Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently


What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or electrical technician experience
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Working knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control systems
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a safety-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr.
