THEROLE

We are seekinga Room Attendant (Substitute) to join our team! This is a temporary assignment.

In this role, you are responsible for a combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms (occupied and checked-out rooms and suites) in a clean and orderly manner,turning down guest beds. Duties include guest service, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning rooms, halls, bathroomsand delivering any other needs of the guest.

You will play a key role in fostering a highenergy environment driven by passion for excellence. Clean rooms according to assignment sheet priority; update assignment sheet during shift.

Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.

WHAT YOU WILLROCK

To thrive here, you bring at least two years of prior experience, ideally within a four or fivestar hotel environment, along with the ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism.

You're comfortable being a team player and assisting guests and coworkers equally. You complete all set-up duties on time and own the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned area and kitchen as required. If you speak additional languages beyond English, even better! You understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and you're ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant.

This role is active and handson. You'll spend a good portion of your shift working with guests and with your team, assisting your coworkers as needed to complete the required activities and deliver amplified service. Always smiling and offering a warm greeting to all.
