About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
  • Supervise and train shop staff to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide production.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust settings to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate workflow and schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
