Job Context

Golden Analytics is building a third-generation BI platform that pairs the analytical depth of Tableau with the design sensibility of Canva, all powered by AI. The goal is analytics anyone can use without giving up sophistication from AI-native analysis and dashboards to smart data preparation, natural-language interfaces, real-time collaboration, and analytics-to-automation workflows. The company was founded by Tableau's former product chief and is backed by top-tier VCs.

As an Agentic Full Stack Engineer II, you own meaningful product surfaces end to end. You move fluidly between talking to customers and writing code, and between designing a solution and shipping it, using AI coding agents as everyday tools. You bring judgment alongside skill: you know when to move fast, when to ask the question that saves a rebuild, and when to push back. The stack is React, TypeScript, and Postgres, with Vite, Supabase, and Lovable in the mix, and this is an in-person role in Bellevue, WA.

You fit if you have 2 to 4 years of engineering experience, ideally at product-led companies, and a solid full-stack foundation in React, TypeScript, and Postgres, with the comfort to pick up Vite, Supabase, or Lovable as you go. You have shipped customer-facing features with real user impact, and you have built with AI already LLMs, vector databases, or coding agents geeking out over the tooling rather than just using it. You bring product intuition to the work, thinking about the why and turning user feedback into features that land, and you operate independently when the path is ambiguous and drive your work to completion.

How hiring works here

Applying with Provn is designed to get more interviews for the best candidates coming in without a referral. Instead of sending a cold resume into an ATS and waiting, you complete a challenge built for this role and submit a short video walking through how you approached it.

For this role, completing the challenge is required only applications that include the challenge submission will be considered. You build with AI the way you would on the job, then submit your work along with a short video that walks through your thinking.

Why that works in your favor:

  • You show how you actually build and ship with AI, instead of hoping a resume gets it across.
  • Your judgment with AI becomes visible on a real build, which no resume bullet can prove.
  • One challenge puts you in front of the engineering team, scored on the work, with no referral required to get there.

The hiring manager reviews every completed submission on a weekly basis, and the strongest candidates go straight to an interview round. No referral needed. Performance over pedigree. Proof over polish.

What's in it for you

Compensation is $100,000-$200,000 (DOE), plus equity and a ground-floor seat at a well-funded startup where you work directly with founders and customers and help shape both the product and the culture. The range reflects experience and demonstrated skill assessed through the interview process. This is an onsite role in Bellevue, WA, with relocation considered for exceptional candidates. H-1B transfers are supported, though new H-1B sponsorships are not available at this time.

Apply by completing the challenge at provn.co, where the full role details live. Applications are open through August 8.
