Job description

Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI Compliance Platform

Location: Miami, FL (On-site)

Compensation: $230,000-$280,000 Base + Equity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a small, high-impact engineering team building an AI-native compliance platform that's redefining the industry. You'll be an ownership-driven engineer who uses AI coding tools daily to ship features end-to-end—from data model to API to UI—in days, not quarters.

The company has grown from 0 to hundreds of customers in its first year and is currently closing its Series A funding round, making this an opportunity to join at a significant growth stage with meaningful equity upside.

You should come from a well-known startup or top technology company and bring the seniority to architect systems, catch AI mistakes, and own products fully.

What You'll Do

  • Own and expand the compliance product end-to-end, building new capabilities with an AI-first mindset.

  • Architect new applications and make technical decisions by designing systems that scale as the company continues to grow.

  • Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) as a primary workflow while applying senior engineering judgment to maintain code quality.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and company leadership to build solutions for real customer problems.

  • Build across the full stack (approximately 60% backend / 40% frontend) using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full stack engineering experience.

  • Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

  • Experience building customer-facing products.

  • Experience building production AI features or LLM-powered applications.

  • Experience making architecture and system design decisions.

  • Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow.

  • Able to independently own features from design through production.

Tech Stack

  • TypeScript

  • React

  • Next.js

  • Node.js

  • NestJS

  • PostgreSQL

  • Prisma

  • Turborepo

  • Bun

  • Trigger.dev

  • Claude Code

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $230,000-$280,000

  • Equity: 0.2%-0.4% (with meaningful early-stage upside)

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time

  • On-site five days per week in Miami (Aventura)

  • Visa sponsorship is not available
