Job description

Full Stack React Native Lead (Onsite)

100% onsite, can use contractors or W2

Number of days onsite โ€“ 5 days If onsite, provide Office Address โ€“ US-Philadelphia -Pennsylvania

Provide onsite leadership for technical mobile development. Review and approve architecture/design decisions. Mentor and guide offshore development teams. Align implementation with clientโ€™s technical ecosystem (Epic/3rd party integrations). Support onsite demos and UAT. Solid full stack experience, including backend services, APIs, and integrations. Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and secure development practices. Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with client technical and business stakeholders. Experience in healthcare IT, particularly mobile solutions integrated with Epic or similar EHR platforms. Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare data exchange standards. Prior experience supporting demos and UAT with business and clinical users. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and mobile DevOps practices.
