Job description

Job Summary – Full-Stack React.js Developer
- Develop and maintain innovative web applications and services using Full-Stack React.js and Java.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including front-end UI development, back-end API creation, and data management.
- Provide technical direction to team members and contribute hands-on to development tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Design and implement enterprise applications and services.
- Create technical and functional design documentation.
- Work with databases (relational and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Develop back-end applications and RESTful APIs using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot or Jakarta EE.
- Focus on React.js for web-based user interface development.
- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Apply knowledge of Agile development practices, security best practices, and possibly GraphQL, SSR/SSG with React.
- Support, maintain, and monitor mission-critical business applications in highly distributed environments.
- Preferred experience with Cosmos DB and Elastic Search.
- Role is hybrid on-site in Austin, TX; must currently reside in the Austin area.
