Immediate need for a talented Java Full stack Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: - Java Full stack, React, Spring Boot
  • 3+ years of hands-on software development experience using a modern programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, Python etc).
  • 2+ years of experience using Git for source control in a team-based development environment.
  • 2+ years of experience using Java Spring and Springboot framework
  • 2+ years of experience using Angular or React UI framework
  • Familiar with unix shell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical and business concepts.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive delivery.
  • Exposure to product and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to support planning, tracking, and execution.
