What You'll Do:

🔹 Clean and maintain rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
🔹 Replenish linens, remove trash, and maintain a spotless environment
🔹 Report lost-and-found items and assist with guest deliveries
🔹 Occasionally assist with furniture movement and storage management
🔹 Work efficiently to meet quality and performance expectations

Who We're Looking For:

👉 U.S. citizens or work-authorized individuals only. We are not considering visa sponsorship or foreign worker programs at this time.
👉 Dependable and hardworking individuals seeking temporary employment
👉 Hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
👉 Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
👉 High performers will be considered for permanent roles with additional benefits!

What We Offer:

Guaranteed Offer of Work - A minimum of 35 hours per week will be offered
Housing Placement Available - For duration of agreed upon temporary assignment per policy
Transportation Provided - Travel expenses to arrive to new work location and travel to and from housing placement and worksites during assignment available

Relocation Stipend Provided - for qualified workers hired into permanent employment

Tools & Equipment Provided - No cost to you

Completion Bonus $$ - Completion bonus at the end of your assignment or for permanent workers post 6 months of employment post conversion.

Piece-Rate Pay - Compensation is based on the number of rooms cleaned.
Guaranteed Minimum Wage "True-Up" - If total piece-rate earnings do not meet the prevailing wage of $18.78 per hour in Pagosa, CO or $16.32 per hour in Sedona, AZ, the employer will pay the difference to ensure compliance

Overtime Pay: Any hours over 40 hours per week
