Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and quality-focused Flexo Press Operator to support printing and production operations in Cibolo, TX. This position is responsible for operating flexographic printing equipment, monitoring print quality, making press adjustments, and maintaining efficient production.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, attentive to detail, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing press equipment.
  • Review job specifications and production requirements before and during press runs.
  • Monitor print quality, registration, color consistency, and overall product appearance.
  • Make press adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and production standards.
  • Load and handle materials required for production runs.
  • Identify press or print-quality issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with job specifications.
