Job description

First National Bank of America is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our East Lansing Branch team. This role is more than a job, it's an opportunity to build a strong foundation in banking, develop valuable financial skills, and create meaningful relationships with customers every day.
As a Financial Services Representative, you'll gain experience in both teller operations and relationship banking, offering a unique opportunity to learn two of the most important areas of branch banking. You'll play a key role in helping customers achieve their financial goals while building the knowledge, confidence, and expertise needed for long-term career growth. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer who visits the branch
- Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash transactions
- Build customer relationships by identifying financial needs and connecting customers with products, services, and banking experts who can help
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service solutions, helping them bank with greater convenience and confidence
- Contribute to branch growth through referrals, appointment setting, and customer outreach activities
- Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, security, compliance, and risk management in every interaction
