Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Mitigation Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our mitigation staff and managing project administration activities.
As the Mitigation Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Project Manager, Client, Contractors, and Mitigation Staff to monitor activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion. You'll also be responsible for preparing and maintaining required documentation, monitoring job files for accuracy, and managing TPA compliance and communications. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You'll have experience with staffing, scheduling, assigning crews, and managing project administration activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily activities of mitigation staff
  • Monitor activities with the Project Manager, Client, Contractors, and Mitigation Staff.
  • Assist in the resolution of job issues, change requests, and staff, site, and equipment problems.
  • Manage all project administration activities including staffing, scheduling, assigning crews, timekeeping review, purchase orders, and safety reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain required documentation.
  • Monitor job files from beginning to end for accuracy
  • Coordinate employee meetings.
  • Assist Project Managers with contracting vendors, organizing equipment, planning and organizing crews/multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Create & manage on-call schedules
  • Manage TPA compliance & communications
  • Request and manage time sheets for temp labor when needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Restoration/Renovation/Construction/Trade Coordination experience (Preferred)
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology/computers.
  • Must have Valid Drivers' License

Compensation: $450.00 per year
