Job description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Title: User Experience Design Specialist

What you'll build

We're looking for a UX Designer with strong interaction design fundamentals, hands-on prototyping ability, and curiosity about emerging AI-assisted workflows. You'll design polished end-to-end prototypes that help communicate product direction, validate ideas, and showcase enterprise experiences.

This role is primarily hands-on design and prototyping, with an additional emphasis on cross-functional coordination - facilitating reviews, maintaining alignment across teams, and ensuring decisions and action items move forward effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and build end-to-end prototypes for customer demos, from early concepts and flows to polished interactive experiences

  • Use modern AI-assisted prototyping tools - including Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, and Vercel v0 - to rapidly explore ideas and communicate solutions

  • Review product builds and collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the product cycle to maintain quality and alignment

  • Facilitate UX review meetings, keeping discussions focused and outcomes documented

  • Act as a connector and liaison across internal and external teams, ensuring workstreams stay aligned

  • Own follow-through on action items, decisions, and resolutions across ongoing projects

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, UX, HCI, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design - B2B or enterprise experience preferred

  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end prototype and demo work that clearly communicates product value (link required)

  • Solid grounding in interaction design principles and user-centred thinking

  • Experience collaborating directly with engineering and product to bring concepts to life

  • Hands-on experience with Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, or Vercel v0 - or a track record of picking up new prototyping tools quickly

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including comfort running cross-functional meetings and coordinating across stakeholders

  • Organized and dependable in following up on decisions, tracking resolutions, and keeping workstreams aligned

  • A growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and genuinely interested in evolving your practice alongside emerging design and AI tooling

  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methodologies is a plus
