✅ Apply fiberglass materials to boat molds using hand tools and production equipment.

✅ Mix and apply resins and catalysts to ensure proper bonding and structural integrity.

✅ Roll out air bubbles and smooth fiberglass layers for a high-quality finish.

✅ Trim, grind, and prepare fiberglass components for assembly.

✅ Follow specifications and quality standards to produce industry-leading marine products.

✅ Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure all workmanship meets company standards.

✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Manufacturing, fiberglass, laminating, composites, construction, automotive body, boating, or hands-on labor experience preferred.

✔ Comfortable working with hand and power tools.

✔ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a production environment.

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
