Description

About Us:

At DeWinter, our foundation is built on integrity, strong relationships, determination, and having fun while doing meaningful work. We believe exceptional outcomes happen when people feel supported, valued, and empowered in an environment rooted in equity and belonging. That commitment to our people and culture has helped DeWinter earn recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for four consecutive years.

For more than 25 years, DeWinter has built one of the strongest recruiting brands in the Bay Area, helping top companies and top talent reach their fullest potential through industry-leading accounting, finance, and technology staffing solutions.

As we've grown, we've expanded that same relationship-driven, high-touch approach into new markets, including Boston, where we continue to invest in building a best-in-class team and strengthening our presence. Our goal remains the same: deliver exceptional talent solutions while creating meaningful career opportunities for our people.

To support that continued growth, DeWinter Group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join DeWinter Consulting, our Accounting and Finance consulting division. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in expanding our market share, strengthening our brand, and building long-term relationships with top talent across the Boston market.

We're looking for someone energized by growth, motivated by impact, and excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful in a highly competitive market.

About the Role:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level Accounting and Finance professionals across the Boston market, with an emphasis on temporary and contract staffing solutions. You'll partner closely with our sales and business development teams to support fast-moving client needs while building and maintaining a deep network of high-caliber contingent talent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced staffing environment, values strong relationship-building, and takes pride in delivering quality contract placements that make an immediate impact for clients.

Our client portfolio includes some of the most recognizable and innovative companies in the world, including Bose, Johnson & Johnson, Houghton Mifflin, Publicis Sapient, IDEXX, and Wayfair, as well as high-growth, venture-backed startups.

Requirements

What Success Looks Like:

  • Lead through DeWinter's core values of respect, integrity, and accountability
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with candidates, clients, and internal teams
  • Build trust through consistency, authenticity, and follow-through
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities
  • Collaborate openly and remain receptive to feedback and new ideas
  • Drive urgency, ownership, and results in a highly competitive market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with internal sales and business development teams to support and fill high-priority contract and contract-to-hire openings.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source, attract, and engage top talent
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of Accounting and Finance talent for current and future needs
  • Serve as a market expert by advising clients on talent trends, compensation insights, and candidate availability
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Ensure fit between candidate profiles and client expectations through strong internal collaboration
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Stay current on industry trends, recruiting best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including interviews, submissions, placements, and consultants on billing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  •  3+ years of staffing agency experience, with proven success in a fast-paced, temporary and contract staffing environment.
  • Proven success sourcing and placing Accounting and Finance professionals across multiple levels
  • Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with candidates and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment

What We Offer:

  • A loyal, collaborative, and relationship-driven culture
  • Competitive base salary plus one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry
  • Flexible time off policy and paid holidays
  • Monthly wellness days
  • Remote work stipend
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Maternity and Paternity Leave
  • Life Insurance
  • 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
