Patriot Security is seeking a motivated and professional Job Placement Specialist / Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This position plays a vital role in helping job seekers find employment opportunities while supporting the staffing needs of our clients and operations team.

Japanese bilingual candidates are preferred. Basic conversational Japanese speaking ability is preferred but not required. This will be tested in the interview.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in recruiting, human resources, staffing, or office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach & Recruiting

• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective applicants
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide information about available positions
• Assist applicants through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and follow-up appointments

Job Placement & Candidate Support

• Match qualified candidates with available job opportunities
• Review applications and supporting documentation
• Help candidates understand hiring requirements and next steps
• Maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
• Update applicant information within company systems
• Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Support recruiting, operations, and administrative staff as needed

Community Outreach

• Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives
• Help expand candidate pipelines through community engagement and networking

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic conversational Japanese language skills preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Customer service, office, recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications
