Job description
International Law Firm is looking for Japanese Bilingual Secretary / Administrative Assistant.
This position is Temp to Perm.
Location: New York Midtown
Pay: $27.5 ~ 33(DOE) / $50K - 60K when it is convert to perm employment.
*Japanese skill is must.
Duties:
- General Clerical Duties such as filing, emailing to clients, mailing, etc
- Creating invoices for clients in both English and Japanese
- Printing legal documents for attorneys for distribution and dissemination
- Communicating with HQ in Japan via email and telephone
- Other duties as assigned
- Detail-Oriented and accuracy are top priority
- Must possess fluency in Japanese and English at a business level
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Strong attention to detail
- No legal background is needed but administrative work experience is a must.
- Entry level welcomed
- Ability to use the computer and applications such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite
