  • Serve as a backup for the Procurement team during absences or periods of high workload.
  • Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on shipment status, delays, and documentation needs.
  • Assist with tariff classification research and duty drawback documentation as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in import/export, procurement, or supply chain operations; internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework are welcomed.
  • Basic knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export documentation, with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
