Description

Sales One is a proprietary AT&T platform that enables sellers to dynamically create proposals and respond to RFPs. The Knowledge Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining content assets that support our sales enablement tools. This involves creating, refreshing, validating new and existing content in collaboration with product, legal and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, optimize and audit Q&A pairs while ensuring 100% accuracy to properly support our searchable database of answers to RFP questions
  • Continuously audit and refresh existing Q&A pairs based on asset management cycle
  • Use and actively contribute to content systems (standards, voice and tone, and messaging)
  • Support other KMs to help write and edit product content to ensure content consistency
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their knowledge needs
  • Support content quality control
  • Analize metrics to help drive content development prioritization

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or more in English, History, Journalism, or similar field
  • Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility, and content system thinking
