Title: Engineer III
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 12+ months
100% onsite (no option for remote work)

This is a full-time assignment starting as soon as an individual is identified located in Cambridge, MA.
At Client, the North American Facilities Management team is responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of site
utilities, building maintenance and general upkeep.
This temp will provide resource assistance on a variety of facility management and engineering initiatives in addition to
supporting capital projects. Responsibilities will include assistance with continual improvement projects, gathering,
organizing, and filing process and equipment data, execution, and support of small projects, and supporting facility
maintenance planning.
JOB DUTIES
The temp Engineer is responsible for supporting the overall operation of the mechanical systems associated with the Cambridge and Weston sites. Respond to utility and equipment related issues. Lead multi-disciplined problem-solving task teams. Create and maintain relationships with other sites to develop and promote best practices. Specify and implement modifications to improve operational performance and compliance. Manage small capital projects. Respond to system related issues with the goal of maintaining compliant operations and minimizing impact to operations. Charter and lead continuous improvement efforts. Create and maintain relationships with other sites to develop and promote best practices. Uphold, define, and police safety procedures and safe practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS (i.e., years of experience, education, etc.)
BS in Engineering discipline or 5-7 years of direct experience developing and running building infrastructure systems
ADDITONAL EXPECTATIONS (preferred or desired skills)
Must have a technical understanding of equipment and systems
Must be fluent in use of Microsoft Office Programs
