How you will make an impact
  • Providing support for the manufacture of market leading healthcare products in the medical device field.
  • Corresponding on projects to improve product cost, service, quality, process safety, and health/environmental impact.
  • Executing technical and validation activities related to new product development and product line extensions.
  • Assisting problem-solving events to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Working closely with production and quality teams to ensure quality of product produced meets or exceeds customer standards.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Process validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Experience working in the medical device field.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects.
