CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Location:
Alsip, IL
Pay Rate:
$23.89 - $28.86/hr.
Shift/Schedule:
  • 1st shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri - $23.89-$27.51/hr.
  • 2nd shift - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Mon-Fri $25.24-28.86/hr.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC MACHINE OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $23.89-28.6/hr. depending on experience/shift. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Set-up CNC Machines, run parts, perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Inspect parts, deburr, and perform manual operations as needed. Prepare and preset necessary tools for upcoming jobs.
  • Regularly update and maintain all visual control systems.
  • Create or support countermeasures; participate in problem solving exercises.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' of machining experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in CNC set up and operation
  • Capability of making tool changes and in-process offset adjustments.
  • Solid understand of blueprint reading and GD&T
  • Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals.

  • An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.
