Job Title: Production Operator – Manual Grind Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator for our Manual Grind area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to producing high-quality products, following precise instructions, and maintaining compliance with company standards and values. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to consistently produce products that meet quality specifications.
  • Operate and oversee multiple machines with attention to safety and efficiency.
  • Use a microscope to inspect products for small imperfections and ensure high quality.
  • Understand and apply the metric system in daily tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors both verbally and in writing.
  • Rotate and adapt to different work areas as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Physical & Workplace Requirements
  • Ability to safely perform all essential job functions, including machine operation and microscopic inspection.
  • Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.

  • Strong eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) to identify small defects and imperfections on products.
