Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop, execute, and automate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation activities for embedded control systems
- Focus on dSPACE-based test environments for system-level verification
- Automate test procedures and validate electronic control software/hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in embedded systems
- Read and interpret schematics and component datasheets
- Apply knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification, development, testing, and delivery
- Program in C or C++ for embedded systems
- Use computer development tools such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc., as they relate to embedded systems
- Work extensively with dSPACE HIL systems, ECU validation, and embedded controls testing
- Employ MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development
- Create and execute Python automation scripts for test and data analysis
- Utilize CAN/J1939 networks, UDS diagnostics, and Vector tools for hardware troubleshooting and debugging
- Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with team members and stakeholders
- Provide excellent problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
