Location: Phoenix, AZ (85027)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30โ€“$35/hr (based on experience) + opportunity to earn more

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

  • Work on AC units, heat pumps, air handlers, and more

  • Perform maintenance and system checks to improve efficiency

  • Communicate clearly with customers and build trust

  • Handle your calls professionally and efficiently

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3โ€“5 years of HVAC service experience

  • EPA Certification (required)

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Solid understanding of electrical and refrigerant systems

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean record

  • Own basic tools

  • Someone reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work

  • Gauges, electrical meter, micron gauge

  • Drill/impact, hand tools

  • Leak detector, nitrogen regulator

  • Thermometers, temp gun, static pressure meter
