The RoleAs a
Kitchen Edibles Technician, you will support the production of cannabis-infused gummies and other edible products. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow precise recipes and processes. You will assist with cooking, demolding, and preparing products while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Essential Functions- Assist in the preparation and cooking of cannabis-infused gummies following established recipes and SOPs
- Demold finished gummy products from trays/molds with care and precision
- Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production runs
- Monitor product consistency, texture, and quality throughout the process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Accurately document production activities and batch information
- Support packaging or post-production processes as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Safety & Compliance- Follow all GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Adhere to state cannabis regulations and internal compliance procedures
- Wear required PPE and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Report any safety, quality, or equipment issues immediately
- Complete required training and maintain compliance documentation
Working Conditions- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in warm kitchen environments for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
- Fast-paced production setting with strong attention to detail required
- Exposure to food ingredients and potential allergens (e.g., gelatin, coconut oil, etc.)
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous kitchen, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Cannabis experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid state ID
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required state badging (background check and state approval required)
