The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations within our 150,000-square-foot distribution center. This role involves the safe and efficient use of powered industrial lift equipment to unload inbound trailers, pick outbound orders, replenish inventory, and perform general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

·       Safely operate material handling equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, double reach trucks, turret trucks, and sit-down forklifts.

·       Unload inbound trailers and verify product accuracy against bills of lading and purchase orders.

·       Pick, stage, and load outbound orders in accordance with customer requirements and shipping schedules.

·       Put away received materials into designated storage locations using WMS (Warehouse Management System) tools and scanners.

·       Conduct routine cycle counts, replenishments, and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

·       Assist with general warehouse activities including wrapping pallets, labeling freight, and consolidating inventory.

·       Report any product damage, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.

·       Work overtime as required to meet business and operational demands.

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or GED required.

·       1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

·       Experience operating powered industrial trucks (cherry picker, reach, or sit-down forklift) required; certification preferred or provided upon hire.

·       Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

·       Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet (for order picker/turret truck operations).

·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and productivity.

·       Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as needed to support operations.


Work Environment

• Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas depending on assignment.
• Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required per company policy.
