Manufacturing Operator

TEMPORARY thru September 30, 2026

Wolf Lake, IL

Starting Pay is $28.55 an hour.

Shift differential payment will be paid on 2nd Shift of $1.00 an hour.

*Incentive Bonus if you work thru September 30th, 2026!*

Job Brief

This position will safely and efficiently manufacture a quality product by hand and use of automated system. The position is also responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing products for shipping.

What You'll Do

As the NONEL Manufacturing Operator, you will safely and efficiently manufacture a quality product by hand and use of automated system. The position is also responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing products for shipping. Other duties will include:

  • Manufacture a quality NONEL product.

  • Focus on improving safety and quality and minimize the impact to current production

  • Responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing products for shipping.

  • Must complete proper documentation and balances while maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Attend all Health and Safety training relevant to the job and apply what is learned to the work.

  • Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing.

  • Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Manufacturing experience preferred - on the job training is provided

  • Must be able to work 1st, or 2nd Shift

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.

  • Ability to communicate with others effectively verbally

  • Must be able to stand, sit, squat, bend and walk through the entire shift. Must be capable of lifting up to 38 lbs. and push/pull 15 lbs.

  • Ability to wear and care for applicable personal protective equipment (such as, safety glasses and shoes, and gloves) as required by site specific requirements

  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
