ACTIVATION REPRESENTATIVE

ACTIVATION REPRESENTATIVE (Part-Time) – Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Activation Representative based out of our Phoenix, AZ location to support the Activation Marketing Team with events, promotions, and other marketing activities throughout the Phoenix area. The representative will attend events, play a role in the conception and implementation of various projects, research and report new marketing opportunities focusing on the company's growth areas, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Participate in on and off premise activations, special events, and other marketing activities.
  • Actively engage consumers and encourage participation in promotions.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Hensley products and confidently discuss them with consumers in an intelligent and professional manner.
  • Promote Hensley products by communicating their benefits and points of difference compared to competitor products.
  • Set up and break down promotional events.
  • Represent Hensley Beverage Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Computer and digitally literate with the ability to operate Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated competency with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance.
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 175 pounds.
  • Ability to work in local bars, restaurants, nightclubs, outdoor festivals, concerts, golf tournaments, charity events, and other special event venues throughout the Phoenix area.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and special events as business needs require.
