Temporary Data Entry Clerk $17.50/Hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary Assignment | Omaha, NE
What Matters Most
  • Pay: $17.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Optional overtime available during evenings and weekends
  • Collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to assist callers by phone
  • Must be a registered Nebraska voter or eligible to register to vote
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
  • Enter voter registration and early voting information into the Statewide Voter Registration Database
  • Process early vote ballot request applications with a high level of accuracy
  • Process returned ballots following established procedures
  • Answer incoming telephone calls as backup/overflow support
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while working with sensitive voter information
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the department coordinator
