They help maintain continuity of care when regular staff are on leave or when a practice experiences increased patient demand. These professionals are typically hired through dental staffing agencies or directly by dental offices for assignments ranging from a single day to several weeks. Temporary dental work can provide flexibility and exposure to different work environments for the professionals involved.
