Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Data Science & Advanced Analytics Solutions will lead the development of analytics and AI-driven decision tools to transform data into actionable insights, supporting strategy and commercial execution across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy automated dashboards and reporting systems across key business functions:
• Sales & revenue performance
• Marketing effectiveness & ROI
• Financial performance
• Innovation pipeline tracking
• Executive scorecards
• Standardize KPIs and ensure consistency in how performance is measured across the organization.
• Build models for:
• Demand forecasting
• Pricing & elasticity
• Consumer segmentation
• Marketing mix optimization
• Innovation success prediction
• Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights .
• Lead development of AI and machine learning applications to enhance decision-making.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across functions.
• Implement scalable solutions that move the organization from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics .
• Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Sales leaders to identify key business questions and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Ensure analytics outputs are embedded into real business processes and decisions .
• Treat dashboards, models, and tools as products , ensuring usability, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Drive a culture of test-and-learn, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making .
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong experience developing analytics solutions that influence business decisions.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
Preferred:
• Experience applying machine learning or AI in commercial or operational settings.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Exposure to modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
