We are seeking to add a Legal Data Entry to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new accounts using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- E-file default judgments with courts.
- Conduct back-ground investigations.
- Light phone duty
- Perform post judgment collection activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of (2) years previous experience in legal data entry or other related fields
- Proficiency in micro-soft office (excel and word)
- At least (2) years experience in collections
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
