Job description

1 – Accounts Payable Quality Control Clerk

  • AP Clerk Quality Control Responsibilities:
    • Review daily listing of invoices scheduled to pay for accuracy and backup
    • Review and help resolve issues on return checks, stale dated checks
    • Review and help resolve vouchers on AP Outstanding (aging) report, including vouchers on hold
    • Complete vendor maintenance additions, changes quickly with internal and external clients.
    • Distribute payments and required documentation to vendors.
    • Assist with verification of accurate 1099 classification of vendors
    • Ensure expenditures posted daily have proper backup to support entries
  • Other Information Needed for Job Posting:
    • $16.00 hr, needed for 3 – 4 months
    • Preferred Qualifications:

·   1 years or more experience in an Accounts Payable position

·   1 years or more experience in a Data Entry or Quality Control position

·   Some experience with vendor management/setup, preferred

·   Experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft, preferred

    • Hours:  8 hours a day between 7am – 6pm  (flex schedules available)
