Job Summary:

The Engineering and Architecture Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications and internal tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, support, product, data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency, internal workflows, and customer-facing functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI FS Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
• Ten (10)+ years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC.
• Demonstrated six (6)+ years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems.
• Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology.
• Three (3)+ years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in any of the above disciplines.
• Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views.
• Experience with data visualization, aggregation, and reporting tool such as iPowerBI, Tableau.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL data solutions, SQL, and other query languages.
• Experience with AI/ML.
• 10+ years working in the IC.
