What You'll Do
  • Review clients' existing tag management setups to test and confirm necessary conversion tracking is in place for webpages and landing pages. Identify tracking gaps and implement required tags, events, and triggers across various tag management platforms.
  • Set up and connect data integrations from various marketing and analytics sources. Cleanse, manipulate, and normalize raw data to ensure optimal data quality and accessibility for internal analysis.
  • Build web analytics reports and create/maintain dashboard visualizations using provided data inputs to ensure efficient data flow.
  • Work alongside account and project management teams to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to clients for implementing tracking in web analytics platforms. Collaborate closely with internal strategy teams to understand and fulfill their data requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience providing web analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management support.
  • Strong proficiency in leading web analytics platforms, tag management systems, and customer experience platforms.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in leading business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML as they pertain to tracking, tags, and web analytics.
  • The ability to translate complex tracking concepts into clear, actionable steps for clients and internal teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Advanced SQL and Python for data manipulation, API integration, and ETL development.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs, including OAuth authentication, pagination, and JSON parsing.
  • Experience building automated data pipelines using Python and cloud automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and analytics platform APIs.
  • Experience connecting data sources to various business intelligence platforms.
  • Git version control and collaborative development practices.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript, data transformation tools, workflow orchestration tools, and API query languages.
