Position Overview

We are seeking Customs Brokerage Agents to support import customs clearance activities for a portfolio of customers. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates already working in a customs brokerage environment who want to expand their experience with a global logistics leader.

What You'll Do

  • Process U.S. Customs import entries and related documentation.
  • Prepare and transmit customs filings through ACE and ABI systems.
  • Monitor shipments from arrival through customs clearance and delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate timely cargo release.
  • Maintain accurate records, shipment files, and operational documentation.
  • Support compliance with CBP regulations and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience processing customs entries for a customs broker.
  • Experience using ACE and ABI systems.
  • Understanding of customs clearance procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • CargoWise experience is a plus.
