Key Responsibilities: 

  • Portray professionalism on behalf of our company.
  • Deliver, perform service cleaning and pick up portable toilets as necessary per our standards.
  • Maintain paperwork necessary for the day-to-day operations.
  • Must communicate with dispatcher/ supervisor of the units that are not serviceable, deliverable or unable to be picked up as scheduled.
  • Sanitizing & repairs on temporary restrooms as needed at based on direction of dispatcher and activity.
  • Participate in an “on call” rotation, typically, every 4 weeks for duration of 1 week.
    1. Cover after hours orders/service calls
  • Address unexpected situations that may arise on route in an efficient and professional matter.
  • Perform daily safety checks on equipment prior to operating.
  • Operate and drive company trucks safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
  • Report any incidents and/or accidents immediately to your supervisor.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Good Customer Service
  • Ability to solve complex issues in the field.
  • Good driving record
  • Valid Driver License (Class A CDL)
  • Valid Medical Examiner Certificate
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Able to work in fast paced environment 
  • Driving skills – ability to navigate using GPS, navigate on tight roads and driveways

Comfortable towing trailers 

Physical Requirements

  • Sit while driving and stand while servicing products.
  • Able to climb on and off truck several times a day
  • Crouch and squat.
  • Lift 80lbs and pull 100lbs.
