  • Estamos contratando un Rigger con experiencia en construcción comercial, civil o industrial.
  • Se prefiere certificación de un programa reconocido de rigging u operación de grúas (NCCCO, NCCER o equivalente).
  • Inspeccionar, seleccionar e instalar equipos de rigging como cables, poleas, malacates (winches) y grilletes.
  • Sujetar las cargas de forma segura antes de levantarlas.
  • Dirigir a los operadores de grúa o al personal de izaje durante el movimiento de las cargas.
  • Realizar mantenimiento e inspecciones rutinarias del equipo de rigging.
  • Usar banderas para dirigir el tráfico mientras se mueven las cargas, entre otras tareas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con grúas, polipastos (hoists) y montacargas.
  • Guiar a los operadores de grúa mediante señales con las manos y/o radios.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, diagramas y planes de izaje.

Horario:

  • Lunes a viernes
  • 7:00 a. m. a 4:30 p. m.

Key Requirements:
  • We are hiring an experienced Rigger with experience in a commercial, civil, or industrial construction environment.
  • Certification from a recognized rigging or crane operation program (e.g., NCCCO, NCCER, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Inspect, select, and set up rigging equipment such as cables, pulleys, winches, and shackles.
  • Safely attach loads to rigging and ensure they are secure before lifting.
  • Direct crane operators or hoisting personnel in the movement of loads.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of rigging equipment.
  • Uses flags to direct traffic while moving loads, etc.
  • Experience working with cranes, hoists, and forklifts.
  • Guide crane operators via hand signals and/or radios.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and lift plans.

Shifts:
  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Overtime opportunities!
