Job Title: Office Services Coordinator - Level 1Job Description
The Office Services Coordinator - Level 1 provides front-desk and administrative support to a small team or department, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient office environment. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service and hospitality, managing visitor experience, coordinating office supplies and deliveries, and supporting office events to create a positive workplace experience.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in visitors, clients, and brokers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Validate parking tickets for guests and visitors and ensure they understand the process.
  • Submit security access requests for guest visits and coordinate any required approvals.
  • Coordinate and place office supply and refreshment orders, including arranging deliveries such as Costco orders.
  • Assist with receiving, tracking, and managing office deliveries to ensure items reach the appropriate recipients.
  • Support office events by assisting with planning, setup, coordination, and basic logistical needs.
  • Provide general front-desk support, including answering inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a polished, professional office environment.
  • Offer administrative support to a small team or department, including basic data entry and office coordination tasks.
  • Ensure a consistently positive workplace experience for employees, visitors, and clients through attentive service.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, hospitality, front desk, or office support role.
  • 0-2 years of overall professional experience in office services or administrative support.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Hospitality experience and a service-oriented mindset focused on creating a positive experience.
  • Front desk and reception experience, including greeting and checking in visitors.
  • Administrative support experience, including coordinating supplies and basic office tasks.
  • Data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and office environment at all times.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in a corporate office or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks such as visitor management, supply coordination, and event support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliveries and office logistics.
  • Comfort with using basic office technology and systems for visitor access requests and data entry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to support a consistent weekday schedule.
  • Previous experience coordinating office events or meetings is a plus.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at a professional office location in Los Angeles, CA, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is fully in-person and centered around a front-desk and office environment where you interact regularly with visitors, clients, brokers, and internal staff. You will work in a polished corporate setting, using standard office equipment and systems to manage visitor check-ins, security access requests, deliveries, and data entry tasks. The atmosphere is professional and service-oriented, with an emphasis on maintaining a welcoming reception area and a well-organized workplace. Appropriate professional attire is expected to reflect the corporate environment and your role as the first point of contact for visitors.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
