What Youโ€™ll Do:
As an Aesthetic Expert, you will play a key role in administrating cosmetic injectables, building long-term relationships with patients, and committing to providing exceptional patient care. You will also actively participate in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other self-promotional activities to drive your business. As a key employee opening a new med spa location, the team expects you to bring in clientele through your personal brand, strong focus on patient care, and exceptional technical skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct in-depth patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and design customized treatment plans
  • Administer a full spectrum of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and care
  • Provide exceptional patient education, ensuring informed decisions and optimal treatment outcomes
  • Provide non-ablative laser services, including Moxi, BBL, and laser hair removal
  • Utilize advanced laser technologies for skin rejuvenation and tightening procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to support personalized treatment journeys
  • Capture before-and-after photography to document and showcase transformations
  • Stay ahead of industry advancements and refine techniques through ongoing education and training
  • Active participation in marketing campaigns, and maintaining a social media presence, as well as other self-promotional activities.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • A licensed PA, NP, or RN in the state of Michigan
  • 5+ years of cosmetic injection experience (required) in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
  • A true artist with an eye for facial aesthetics and symmetry. Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment customization.
  • A strong communicator who makes patients feel comfortable, understood, and valued.
  • A lifelong learner, eager to refine skills and embrace innovation in aesthetic medicine
  • Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering consistently excellent results.
  • Sales experience and a natural ability to guide patients in their aesthetic journey.
  • A collaborative team player whoโ€™s excited to work alongside our talented team to launch and grow this brand new location.
