Are you energized by solving tough machinery problems and turning insights into uptime? Join us in Lexington, KY to champion predictive maintenance across a range of industrial equipment.

Your Impact
  • Guard asset health through route-based condition monitoring and vibration diagnostics.
  • Pinpoint faults on motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and compressorsโ€”then recommend the right corrective actions.
  • Keep motor controls performing: troubleshoot VFDs and soft starters to stabilize operations.
  • Deliver concise reliability reports that drive maintenance decisions and cut unplanned downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to boost performance and extend equipment life.
Must-Haves
  • ISO or ASNT Vibration Analysis Certification โ€” CAT II (required); CAT III a plus.
  • 2+ years in vibration analysis, reliability, or rotating equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and VFDs.
  • Proficiency with CSI/Emerson vibration platforms and related software.
Work Conditions
  • Industrial plant environment with rotating machinery.
  • Lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, and access equipment as needed.
  • Travel required, including overnight stays.
