General Description
Assist Information Services and Technology staff.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist with requests for student identification cards
- Basic report writing requests to support departmental and institutional needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure report accuracy
- Perform testing for updates to various software solutions to identify issues and verify functionality
- Document testing results and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of dependability;
- Ability to interact with students, faculty and staff in a positive and effective way;
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A positive team-player attitude with a desire to help patrons.
