The Role

The Warehouse Worker [in Packaging] is responsible for supporting packaging operations by ensuring products are packed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized workflows and supporting overall production objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Package products accurately and efficiently in accordance with company standards and timelines
  • Inspect products and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality prior to packaging
  • Maintain organization and housekeeping within the Packaging Department
  • Organize and stock packaging materials and inventory as required
  • Move materials from the Cata-Dyne testing area to packaging or inventory areas following inspection
  • Follow established packing procedures, including FIFO and material flow practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging process
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, results-driven environment
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork in day-to-day operations

Knowledge and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating counterbalanced forklifts or order pickers (indoor and/or outdoor environments)
  • Strong understanding of workflow coordination and material handling processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or packaging processes is considered an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
